Terms of service

By accessing TablePredict or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13. If local law requires parental consent at an older age, you must have that consent before creating an account or publishing personal information.

TablePredict lets users build, save, publish, share, and score football table predictions; make Team Battles picks; vote in Match Picks and Fan Votes; create public profiles; and participate in friend leagues and leaderboards.

TablePredict may also publish a sourced supporter campaign, election tracker, and correction record. Petition signing takes place only on Change.org and is governed by Change.org's own terms and privacy policy.

TablePredict is an entertainment and comparison tool. It is not a betting, gambling, investment, or financial service. TablePredict does not accept wagers and no prize or payment is promised for rankings or scores.

You are responsible for access to the email address used for passwordless sign-in and for activity under your account. Keep sign-in links and verification codes private, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person, organization, club, competition, or TablePredict representative.

Public profile names, bios, public predictions, scores, and ranking entries can be viewed, copied, indexed, and shared by others. Qualified Team Battles leaderboards may show your username, Battle rating, result record, and rank, but do not publish every individual battle pick. Friend league names, standings, and member prediction tables are available only to signed-in members. A valid invite code lets a signed-in account join; it does not expose league content before membership is established.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant TablePredict a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service and its sharing features.

Only publish content you have the right to use. Do not include private or sensitive information in public fields.

You may not:

• use TablePredict for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, hateful, or harassing activity;
• impersonate others, reserve misleading usernames, or misrepresent affiliation;
• publish malware, spam, unauthorized advertising, or content that infringes another person's rights;
• probe, bypass, overload, scrape at disruptive volume, or interfere with security or access controls;
• manipulate scores, Team Battles, poll totals, leaderboards, rooms, or invitations through unauthorized automation or false data; or
• use the service in a way that harms TablePredict, its providers, or other users.

Standings, competition rosters, fixtures, rules, and scores may come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. TablePredict may correct provider mappings, standings snapshots, scoring results, or competition data when errors are found.

Preseason and late-entry predictions are recorded as distinct entry cohorts but appear in the same Global and friend-league leaderboards, with late-entry penalties included and clearly labelled. After the preseason cutoff, an existing preseason prediction stays locked; only a user without an existing prediction can save a late entry. A late entry receives four penalty points for each TablePredict entry round that has started before submission and is immutable after it is saved. Late entries remain open while the season is still running and close only when reliable standings data confirms that the season is complete. Fixture corrections or unavailable schedule data may temporarily pause late entries or correct the applicable round. Public consensus excludes late entries.

Team Battles is a separate higher-is-better mode. A user must answer the official 36 matchups before the exact first league-phase kickoff to qualify. Picks lock at that server-enforced deadline. Correct decided battles count positively, incorrect decided battles count negatively, same-stage results are ties, and void battles are excluded. Ratings and rankings remain provisional until the competition is final and may change when source data is corrected.

Match Picks and Fan Votes are unscored, casual opinion features. Match Picks close separately at each fixture's kickoff. Anonymous users may vote once; changing an open Match Pick or Fan Vote requires sign-in. Fixture postponements, cancellations, source corrections, or administrative invalidation may suspend, replace, reopen, or void a poll under the published rules. Fan Vote questions and options may be corrected before voting begins but are not silently changed after votes exist.

Poll totals represent browser or account votes, not scientifically verified unique people or a representative survey. Clearing browser storage may permit another anonymous vote. Polls do not award points, rankings, prizes, or payments and must not be used for high-stakes decisions.

Club, league, tournament, and broadcaster names and marks belong to their respective owners. TablePredict is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with FIFA, UEFA, ESPN, or any club or domestic league unless expressly stated.

The service depends on third-party infrastructure, authentication, data, embeds, and links, including Supabase, Vercel, ESPN, YouTube, and Change.org. Their services and terms are outside TablePredict's control. Change.org is the sole platform for supporter-campaign signatures and the authoritative signature count.

We may add, remove, correct, suspend, or discontinue features, competitions, data sources, accounts, or content. We may also update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or that every prediction, poll, profile, room, score, or link will remain available indefinitely.

We may remove content, restrict access, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, or address security risks.

To the extent permitted by law, TablePredict is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service, standings, scoring, fixtures, poll results, forecasts, links, or user content will be accurate, complete, secure, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, TablePredict will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost data, opportunities, reputation, or profits arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits statutory consumer rights.
